General terms

General terms and conditions for registration/participation in courses and/or activities.

First

  • The fasciatherapy course is aimed specifically at physiotherapists. Other (para)medical professions can also take part as free students insofar as parts of the course could be useful in their profession.
  • The sensorial osteopathy course is open to osteopaths D.O. and C.O.
  • The postgraduate courses are accessible after obtaining the certificate upon completion of the basic training at ECF.
  • The scientific days are only open to aid workers in health care.
  • The discussion evenings and seminars for the general public are accessible to all interested parties.

Enrolments

You can enrol on the website or you can send the registration form to ECF/.BFmdb, Oeverstraat 13, 9400 Temse.

Cancellation policy

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation by ECF or BFmdb

  • When there are insufficient enrolments, the enrolments can be cancelled.
  • The student/participant is warned at least 7 days in advance of the start of the course or the planned activity.
  • Any payments made are reimbursed in full.
  • If you have used the SME portfolio, beaweb is informed of the cancellation so that the student can recuperate any payments made.

Cancellation by the participant

  • Cancellation up to one month before the activity: 0% of the registration fee is due.
  • Cancellation up to 10 days in advance: 50% of the registration fee is due.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days in advance or no cancellation in advance: 100% of the registration fee is due.
  • Payments made are reimbursed in full insofar as they are not subsidised.
  • The subsidies amounts can never be reimbursed by ECF (you need to turn to the authority responsible for the subsidy).

Subsidies

The European College of Fasciatherapy is recognised by the Flemish government as an education provider. The course also qualifies for paid educational leave.
